Shipping Policy

M&M Collective ships to Australian street addresses only. We do not offer international delivery.

Order processing and estimated delivery

For in-stock products, orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment and stock confirmation. Most in-stock orders to serviced metropolitan and regional addresses generally arrive within 3–5 business days in total. Remote, very remote, offshore and limited-access destinations may take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking details will be provided when available. Delivery times can be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays, dangerous-goods requirements and other circumstances outside our control.

Pre-orders and temporarily unavailable products

A product offered for pre-order will show its expected stock or dispatch date on the product page. That date is an estimate and may change. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you with the updated estimate and available options, including cancellation and a refund if you do not wish to wait.

Standard shipping and additional freight charges

Electric wheelchairs include free standard shipping to most serviced Australian residential and business addresses. Free standard shipping does not automatically apply to every destination because of product size, weight, lithium-battery classification and specialist-freight requirements.

Additional freight charges may apply to remote or very remote areas, offshore islands, locations requiring sea or barge transport, limited-access properties, destinations outside a carrier's standard service area, and deliveries attracting dangerous-goods or oversized-item surcharges.

If an additional freight charge applies, we will contact you with the amount before dispatch. We will not dispatch the order or charge the additional amount without your agreement. If you do not accept the additional charge, you may cancel the undelivered order for a full refund. Any ordinary shipping charge for accessories or other products will be shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery addresses and access

Electric wheelchairs and lithium batteries cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or other non-physical addresses. A valid residential or business street address is required.

Please tell us before dispatch about stairs, restricted access, islands, gated sites or any other condition that may require special delivery arrangements. Standard delivery is to the accessible ground-level delivery point and does not include assembly or in-home setup unless expressly agreed.

Tasmania and battery transport

Tasmania is not excluded as a whole, but delivery availability and battery transport requirements must be confirmed for the specific product and address. Lithium batteries may be subject to dangerous-goods rules based on their chemistry, capacity, packaging and transport method.
