from 75 reviewsOn pavement and smooth paths, the L10 is excellent in every way. On loose gravel or uneven unpaved surfaces, the dual 200W motors work harder and the ride becomes less smooth. For my 90% paved daily routes this is essentially irrelevant. If gravel or rough terrain is a significant part of your regular use, note the limitation.
The industry standard for power chairs seems to be: make it functional and make it look as medical as possible. The L10 rejects that entirely. It looks like something that belongs in a design studio, not a clinical supply catalog. And it performs: dual 200W brushless motors handle every surface I use daily, the seat height adjustment gives me versatility no other chair has offered, and the detachable 11.4Ah battery is simple to manage. At 55 lbs the aluminum frame is heavier than ultralight options but feels solid and purposeful — not heavy for no reason. A genuinely thoughtful product.
The D10’s mechanical performance is excellent across every dimension: dual motors, precise joystick, reliable battery, solid frame. For outings up to four hours, the stock seat cushion is comfortable. On full-day outings my wife begins to feel the firmness by the afternoon. We bought a gel pressure-relief cushion for about $35 and the issue disappeared. Factor in an accessory cushion if your loved one will be seated for extended hours.
The C30 is the lightest, most portable, best-looking power chair I’ve encountered. The 25 lb carbon fiber frame is remarkable.
My husband’s previous chairs always felt slightly undersized for his frame. The G10 is the first chair where he feels genuinely secure: wide enough seat, adjustable everything, a frame that clearly accounts for his actual size and weight. The suspension keeps the ride smooth despite his weight.
We walk most evenings after dinner and visibility on our unlit street was always a small worry. The F10’s LED backrest lighting solved that — cars see my husband clearly now, and he’s commented that he feels safer being visible rather than guessing whether drivers notice him. A thoughtfully designed chair for real daily use.
I have chronic lower back pain in addition to my mobility limitations, and the ability to recline the backrest throughout the day has made an enormous difference. Upright for active tasks, reclined back for longer sitting periods when my back needs relief. The range feels generous and the adjustment mechanism is smooth and easy to operate myself. Combined with the adjustable headrest and armrests, I can genuinely dial in my exact posture needs. This is the first chair where comfort feels personalized rather than one-size-fits-all.
My father likes the modern design. He did not want a scooter that looked too big or old-fashioned. The M20 feels more current.
My wife uses the M10 daily and the dual battery configuration has been the single most impactful feature. We charge roughly every three days at her usage level. No mid-day charging stops, no rationing her routes, no anxiety about whether she’ll make it back. The storage basket holds her essentials on every outing. The armrests keep her comfortable through longer days. At this price point, the dual battery setup is genuinely unusual — most affordable scooters make you choose between range and cost. The M10 doesn’t.
The seat is comfortable enough for errands and appointments. For longer rides, my mother adds an extra cushion, but the chair itself has been helpful.
I bought this for my wife because she wanted something easier to take along. The M20 is lighter than many scooters and feels more manageable for car trips.
The 14-mile single-battery range is accurate and sufficient for lighter daily use. I anticipated needing more range so I ordered a second battery at the same time as the chair. Rotating between two charged batteries has made range a complete non-issue for my lifestyle. The hot-swap is simple — detachable design means the swap takes under two minutes. For buyers planning active full-day use, factor in the second battery from the start. The race-inspired look still draws comments every time I go out.
The D10 itself is excellent — dual motors, LCD joystick, 35 lbs, everything as described. The packaging on my unit showed clear signs of rough handling in transit and one corner of the box was crushed in. The chair was unharmed inside, but the packaging didn’t inspire confidence in the shipping process.
The delivery experience could have been better. The B20 arrived later than the original estimate and the tracking page didn’t tell us much, which was stressful because we planned around the delivery. Once it arrived, though, the product was packed well and worked as expected. My mom likes the comfort and the control is easy. I’m giving a lower score because of logistics, not because the electric wheelchair is bad.
I’ve owned three power chairs in the past decade and every one claimed to be “lightweight.” The C20 actually is. 28 lbs is a meaningful difference when you’re loading into a vehicle twice a day. The carbon fiber feels rigid and high-quality — no creaks, no flex. Dual motors have enough torque that I don’t worry about carpet or slight inclines indoors.
