My wife uses the M10 daily and the dual battery configuration has been the single most impactful feature. We charge roughly every three days at her usage level. No mid-day charging stops, no rationing her routes, no anxiety about whether she’ll make it back. The storage basket holds her essentials on every outing. The armrests keep her comfortable through longer days. At this price point, the dual battery setup is genuinely unusual — most affordable scooters make you choose between range and cost. The M10 doesn’t.
Mom used to wait for one of us to drive her to the store. Since the M10 arrived six weeks ago, she goes herself. The storage basket fits a reasonable grocery load — she’s done eight solo trips and comes home with everything she needed. The armrests mean she’s comfortable for the fifteen-minute ride. The 250W brushless motor handles the slight slope on her route without strain. At the price we paid, we expected something functional. We got something that genuinely gave her independence back.
The scooter is easy for my dad to get used to. He likes the simple controls and the fact that he can keep his small items in the front basket.
The scooter works well and feels sturdy. Delivery was delayed by one day, which caused a small inconvenience for our planned schedule.
Very easy to use and perfect for grocery trips.

The M10 scooter has been a game-changer for me. It's incredibly easy to use, and the 250W motor handles inclines and uneven ground with no issues. I can go everywhere with it, supermarkets, parks, you name it. It’s so light, I can even lift it myself into the trunk of the car. The suspension system is really comfortable too. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase
I bought the M10 after injuring my knee and struggling to get around town. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to control and the battery lasts longer than I expected. Being able to fold it and put it in my wife’s car has made doctor visits and small trips so much less stressful.
Love the M10. The build feels solid but it isn’t bulky, and the folding mechanism is easy to use—even when I’m alone. The extra battery has given me confidence to use it for longer outings instead of just around the block.
