The delivery experience could have been better. The B20 arrived later than the original estimate and the tracking page didn’t tell us much, which was stressful because we planned around the delivery. Once it arrived, though, the product was packed well and worked as expected. My mom likes the comfort and the control is easy. I’m giving a lower score because of logistics, not because the electric wheelchair is bad.
Bought this for my uncle. He uses it mainly at home and for short outdoor trips. It’s comfortable enough and easy for family members to help operate when needed.
After comparing several electric wheelchairs, we decided on the B20 mainly because of the price and back support design. My wife uses it daily inside the house and also when we go shopping. The chair feels stable and not too heavy to handle when folding into the car. The joystick is responsive and doesn’t require much learning time. She adapted to it within a day. We were a bit worried about battery range, but for short to medium trips it has been more than enough. It’s not a luxury model, but it does exactly what we need without complications.
Bought the B20 for recovery. Helped a lot around the house.
I bought this for my father who has limited mobility. He says the ergonomic backrest makes a big difference compared to his old chair. It feels more supportive during longer sitting periods.

After researching many electric wheelchairs online, I decided on the Easwe B20 because it balanced portability and strength. It doesn’t feel flimsy, yet it folds easily for storage.
I’ve been using the B20 for about a month now, mainly around my neighborhood in Colorado. There are a few hills and uneven sidewalks here, and the dual motors handle them without hesitation. It feels stable and powerful, not jerky like some chairs I tested before. The LED safety lights are a nice touch when I’m out in the evening walking my dog. I feel more visible and secure. Overall, this chair feels dependable and well-built.
I really like the B20 overall. It’s lightweight, and the performance is fantastic. It’s easy to fold and store in my car, and it’s very comfortable to ride. My only complaint is about the delivery service. When I received the goods, the box was partially damaged, causing some parts inside to be worn out.
I'm thoroughly impressed with how the B20 balances indoor maneuverability with outdoor capability. It navigates smoothly through my home while also handling garden paths and slight slopes in my yard without any issues.
Bought the B20 for my mom and she loves it. She feels secure outdoors and loves how easy it is to fold and transport. Excellent mobility solution.
Just got this B20 wheelchair for my dad and wow, what a fantastic choice! It’s super light but doesn’t feel cheap at all—super sturdy and smooth to move around. Folds down in seconds and fits perfectly in my small car boot. Best part? The battery is removable so we don’t have to park near an outlet. Dad says it’s really comfy, even after sitting for a few hours. Really fair price too. Super happy!
