M&M Collective offers free standard shipping on electric wheelchairs to most serviced residential and business addresses within Australia.

Due to the size, weight, battery classification and specialist freight requirements of electric wheelchairs, free shipping does not automatically apply to every Australian destination.

Additional Freight Charges

Additional freight charges may apply to:

Remote and very remote areas
Offshore islands and island communities
Locations requiring sea, barge or specialist freight
Limited-access destinations
Destinations not serviced by our nominated freight carrier at standard rates
Locations attracting remote-area, regional, dangerous-goods, oversized or other carrier surcharges

If an additional freight charge applies to your delivery address, M&M Collective will contact you with a freight quote before your order is dispatched.

Your order will not be dispatched until you have accepted any applicable additional freight charge.

Delivery Addresses

Electric wheelchairs cannot be delivered to:

PO Boxes
Parcel Lockers
Other non-physical delivery addresses

Customers must provide a valid residential or business street address.

Remote and Non-Standard Areas

We may need to manually review delivery arrangements for destinations including:

Remote or very remote Northern Territory
Remote or very remote Western Australia
Remote Far North Queensland and Cape York
Remote South Australia
Offshore islands or communities requiring sea or barge freight
Any destination identified by our freight carrier as an out-of-delivery-area, remote-area, limited-service or surcharge destination

We do not use a permanent Australia-wide postcode blacklist because freight carrier service areas and surcharges can change.

Tasmania

Tasmania is not excluded from free standard shipping as a whole. However, delivery availability and battery transport requirements must be confirmed with the relevant supplier or freight carrier.

Free shipping will only apply where standard delivery is available at an acceptable freight rate.

Electric Wheelchair Batteries

Electric wheelchair batteries may be subject to dangerous-goods transportation requirements depending on the battery chemistry, capacity and method of packaging.

Shipping arrangements are therefore based on the exact battery specifications of each wheelchair and the requirements of the freight carrier being used.

Order cancellations

You may request cancellation before an order has been fulfilled or dispatched. If we can cancel it in time, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

No change-of-mind returns

M&M Collective does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds where a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong model or decides they no longer want the product. This does not affect any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Please contact us if a product is faulty, unsafe, damaged when delivered, materially different from its description, the wrong product, or unfit for a purpose made known to us before purchase.

For a major failure, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor fault, we may choose to repair the product within a reasonable time. Your rights are determined by the Australian Consumer Law.
